Runs/walks are in the Sutherland Shire, and mostly on beautiful courses in the Royal National Park. We start from 7.30 am each Saturday and newcomers are welcome to join in. We often meet afterwards at a cafe for breakfast, or alternatively a picnic in the bush. All over by about 10 am.
